I am an evolutionary ecologist interested in the ecology and evolution of plant pathogens and pests. My research aims at producing empirical and conceptual results to progress towards an evolutionarily-integrated pest management, with a focus on citrus. As a Cirad researcher, I study how the microbial biodiversity associated with citrus varies in the agricultural landscape and whether it affects tree health. As a membrer of the French Epidemiological Plant Health Surveillance Platform (ESV Plateform) I lead the working group dedicated to optimizing the surveillance of Huanglongbing, a major bacterial disease of citrus.
